Our new living room...

So after one year of having 2 different colors on our living room walls we decided on a color. It was a much needed change. We had the green in our living room for over 6yrs. My mother in law & Mike painted it. We also got our ceilings painted also. It looks so nice in here now. I think it is a perfect fit. It also looks amazing with our new patio door. (We got that for Christmas this yr) And with our new entertainment center. So thanks to Jean & Mike...I love our living room!

Mike & I...how it all started

Mike was born in Racine on August 28th 1978. He has one full brother Ryan, Rich a half brother and a half sister Angie. They moved west of the I to Union Grove. Mike went to Kanasville school from kindergarden to 8th grade. He then went to Union Grove High school. He played football & tennis. Mike than had a an accident the summer of his freshman yr. He ended up lossing his eye & his eye sight in that eye. But that didn't stop him.

I was born in Racine on Feburary 6th 1979. I am the oldest of 3. I have one brother Shawn who has special needs and one sister Natalie. We moved alot when I was a kid but for the most part we lived west of the I. I attended Yorkville, Raymond and than Union Grove high school. I was in Key club and art shows.

And than we met...

Mike's best friend Paul (who is still Mike's best friend) was dating my best friend Becky. Mike was a Senior when we met & I was a sophmore. It was not love at first sight. We started dating only cause of our best friends. After 6months of being together. I knew I loved him. We dated the rest of my high school yrs and after. I now know now we really were meant for eachother. We bought our first home in 2000 after we were in engaged. It was in Union Grove. ( I love that house we made into our home) We got married on October 6th 2001. At the same church our parents got married at. We than had our first baby on Feb. 6th 2003. Mason Spencer was such a wonderful baby. Our second son Parker Ryan was born on June 22nd 2005. He was such a chucky happy baby. We thought we were done than we had a wonderful suprise. We added a baby girl, Sophie Jean on March 9th 2009. I know how lucky we are to have 3 happy heathly kids. I also can't image my life without Mike. He really is my best friend. We laugh everyday!
Mike works at At&t. He loves his job & has been there for over 10yrs. I am a stay at home mom & do in home daycare, I have been doing that for over 9yrs.

This is all new...

Never blogged before. So this is all new to me. I am starting this cause as some of you know as a busy parent it is hard to keep thoughts & memories written in a journal. So I thought that this may be an easy way to do that. Maybe I will stick with this. I thought this would be a cool way to write all that down & share. I will try to post once a week. Also remember I have never done this so please bare with me.
