Mother's day at the zoo

I started off my Mother's day w/ yummy breakfast and gifts. Followed by lots of snuggles and kisses from my kids. We decided it was such a beautiful day that we would go to the Milwaukee zoo. Yes they were busy but it wasn't to bad. We packed a lunch and also had a picnic. These pictures are some of my favorites from that day. I had a wonderful day. It sure was a perfect day

Running, running & more running

I don't normally like to complain but as of lately all I feel I do is run around. It feel like I am always going Baseball season is always a crazy time for us but this year is far worse. Mike started these new dumb hours he works lates 11am til 8pm...Yucky right?!?!?! So baseball games and practices fall on me. We eat a lot of PB & J sandwiches cause Mason has to be at his games at 5 and they start at 6. Parker's season hasn't even started yet and I am dreading all the extra craziness. Don't get me wrong I love baseball and watching our boys but when all the running lands on me it is hard to enjoy all it entails. I hope I don't loss my mind before the season end.

Cookie time

Sophie and I had a day last week that was just us girls. So we decided to stay in our sweats and to make cookies. It was Sophie's idea and it was a great one! We also later that day watched a movie and ate popcorn. Sophie loved our time together and so did I!!  Plus the cookies were so yummy.
